Sunday: Leg strength
Monday was a pretty standard leg endurance day. I did 15 reps of 40kg squats though! Woo!
Bouldering on Tuesday was great. I did two of the routes I couldn’t do the week before!
Core day was pretty uneventful, I didn’t even take a video. Same with chest. I struggled a little as I had been up since 5:30 am so by the time I got to the gym I was really tired!
Friday was a good shoulder session. My deadlifts have pretty much stayed the same for the past few weeks but I love the shoulder workout work at the end of this session. It kills.
Sunday I did leg endurance day. I’ve dropped down to 40kg, 45kg and 50kg rather than 40kg, 50kg and 55kg as I was really struggling. When am better at 45kg and 50kg I will move back up.
