Week 8 of the #applewatchcomp that my PT is doing with her clients is over. We’re 2 thirds of the way there and this means that there are only 4 weeks left! I’ quite proud of myself, I’ve done all my workouts and stayed within my calories for the whole time. I’ve made lots of progress and I’m really pleased with myself!

Wednesday: Core
Thursday: Rest
Friday: Leg endurance
Saturday: Chest

Monday was a REP PB of 50kg hitting the box! 5 times! I was only getting 3 before and then bottled it. Very happy with this – just need to work on that 55kg now! Want to be at 60kg by my birthday in July.
I didn’t do anything amazing in my PT session. Still struggling with these 70kg deadlifts and need to work on my form with them!

Wednesday was my new core day, lots of hanging from the bar! I have progressed so much with my knee raises, they are so much higher now!

Friday was endurance day which is my least favourite day. So many reps, so much burn!

Chest day was a killer! No bench as I’m ironing out my strength imbalances, dumbbell bench press at 18kg is hard work and I’m not sure I’ll be able to do it without someone to help me with the 18kg weight. Doom.

Sunday was a good workout, I tried something new with my chin-ups – jumping off the box rather than standing on the higher box to get my negatives. I’m hoping it will help me progress more, I’m still nowhere near getting a full chin up yet though. Maybe one day!
