Saturday: Leg strength
Still on the struggle bus with 70kg deadlifts!
Wednesday core session as good, added in some pullup work and managed to get a single pull up on my smaller band!
I am finally back benching 8 reps of 40kg! Got a rep PB of 4 reps at 42.5kg too!
Had a frustrating squat session on Saturday. I just feel like I’ve come to a stop with my progress. I am still struggling with 50kg. Tried it loads and now I have big leg doms!
I’m finally seeing some push-up progress!
