I got these packets of bacon bread bites in my March Degustabox, I quickly checked the back of the packet to see if they were suitable for vegetarians which they were and knew I wanted to use them in something.
I had already planned to make veggie wraps for dinner and thought this would be a great way to add some texture and crunch.
They’re so simple to make, simply chop vegetables and wrap them!
I used:
- Carrot sticks
- Cucumber sticks
- Green salad
- Spring onion
- Avocado
- Peppers
I smeared houmous on the base of each one, then added the vegetables and sprinkled the Brioche Pasquier Baked Bread Bites on top. Delicious!
I even made a few extra and packed them in plastic tubs to eat the next day.
