Wednesday: Chest
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Back and shoulders
Saturday: Powerlifting
Sunday: 31-mile bike ride
Monday got off to a terrible start. I hate my new core day and have to do this 400 rep challenge at the end and I hate it. I didn’t do it this week. Don’t tell my PT.
Tuesday I did legs and we did some things to help my knee problems. I’ve been taking it light this week, only going to 40g!
Wednesday was chest and I made a right tit of myself at the gym. See below for my info!

Thursday I did another leg session. Keeping at 40kg on the squats again!

I did back and shoulders on Friday. 3 reps at 75 again. Hope I can get 4 this week before trying 8kg again the week after!

I actually had a lot of fun on my powerlifting session on Saturday. I started with chest, then practised some front squats, cleans and jerks.

Went on a 31-mile bike ride on Sunday with my boyfriend. Was pretty happy with 31 miles as it’s the first time I’ve been on my bike in over a year!
