Wednesday: Heavy leg day
Thursday: Rest day
Friday: Back PT session
Saturday: Endurance leg day + core
Sunday: Rest
I’m going back to the Monday – Sunday style of tracking my training now we’re into Feb. Woo.
Anyway, had another great week of workouts and decided to try a back day with the PT. I’ve not deadlifted properly for ages due to having pain, but we tried with the hex bar and I managed 6 reps at 63kg! Not bad to say I’ve take so much time off. I think 65kg is my PB anyway. Hopefully I’ll be able to smash through this soon!
Starting to see a bit of muscle poking through, too 🙂
