They’re almost clear, gel like in consistency and to be honest, I couldn’t really taste much. They do absorb flavour of other sauces well, but on their own they would be terrible. Great for adding into stir fries and other dishes, but I’m not sure if I would be able to eat them as a main pasta dish with sauce, unless there was a lot of chopped up veg or some meat to distract from the tastelessness!
They’re worth a try but I’m not mental over them. I’d prefer to just have veg, salad or stirfry than these, but if I ever fancied a chilli or spag bog, I’d be sure to replace the real pasta with slim noodles!
