Breakfast was this delicious fruit salad – melon, blackberries, strawberries, raspberries and apple. It was such a lovely mix of colours.
I didn’t sleep very well the night before, so I lazed around in bed until around 10:30, which meant I had breakfast late, which meant by the time I had worked out and wrote some blog posts, it was 4pm and I’d still not gone to the shop yet! Wank face.
I had vegetarian chilli using quorn, chilli stir in sauce and 6 calorie noodles. I did add mushroom, but looking how bland and.. yellow this looks, I wish I had added some peppers for colour! It did taste nice, it just wasn’t very photogenic.
I’ve been loving this salted caramel green tea by Twinings lately! I’ve been trying to get a cup of green tea in every day, and with how many different flavours there are, it’s pretty easy to be honest!
Later in the evening I had a bit more fruit – a couple handfuls of grapes, raspberries and a clementine. I also had two dark chocolate straws. I snacked on this while reading through blogs. Yummy!

You are doing so well! You actually inspire me to eat healthier. I LOVE fruit, but I’m in America now (I’m from Ireland) and the fruit is just not the same. The strawberries are unbearably sweet, and the kiwis are SO acidic that my tongue actually blistered 🙁 I’m just stuck to eating bananas and grapes, which is great, but I wish I had more variety!
