For breakfast I had a smoothie. It had banana, raspberries and blackberries. It’s OMGblack because I added some Spirulina powder. It’s something I like to add when I’m going on a long run because it’s supposed to be really good for energy levels and give you a boost. I ran 11 miles after, so it can’t be that bad!
I had a salad when I got back. Those are Quorn cocktail sausages, olives and humous.
This is the chilli Mexican bean soup from Tesco. I love it and it’s so filling. I usually have both servings. Because I can.
I also ate 100g of dried mango. I ate it too fast to photograph. Man, I love that stuff.
This might not seem like a lot of stuffs to say that I did an 11 mile run but I’m never hungry after a run. The day after is a different story. I ate all of the things the day after this!
