YES FOOD.
I’m on a health kick. By that I mean I want to lose weight. LOLZ. Therefore I’ve been eating lots of salad, fruit and other stuff to help shift the pounds I’ve gained since my half marathon training. I can do this, right?
Breakfast was a simple bowl of grapes that needed eating.
Dinner was soya mince in chilli sauce with 10 calories noodles. I treated myself to some cheese on top seeing as the noodles are basically calorie free!
Dinner was this colourful salad – my housemate got some cheap chopped cucumber, peppers and red onion from the salad bar at Morrisons so I decided to make a salad with them. I know cheese isn’t the healthiest thing to have with a salad, but we have so much left over from New Years Eve that I’m probably going to be eating cheese salad for the next two months! Oops!
What did you eat Wednesday?
That salad looks amazing, even though I don’t like cheese (unless it’s stilton, you can’t have a boyfriend from Melton Mowbray and not like stilton!)
Everything looks so colourful and appealing! I love salads but they never fill me up, I really need to try and bulk them out a bit more! Nothing wrong with eating all the cheese, it’s better than it going to waste and it’s all in moderation anyways! You’re working out so much right now and the rest of your meal is so healthy, you can afford the cheese 😀
Sarah 🙂
Yum!! Looks delicious! Never heard of those noodles before, where did you get them?
It looks delicious, so colourful and healthy. I’ve decided to make my own post about WIAW after seeing yours. I think these posts are very interesting.
