Back to another what I ate Wednesday. Or probably more accurately what I ate on a random day of the week.
Let’s just jump right in.
I had a egg baked in portobello mushroom, which I’ve done a whole post about before. I would have had two, but I only had one mushroom!
I had these three been Mexican chilli soup for dinner, it’s one of my favourite soups and you can get it from the fresh soup section in most Tesco’s. They used to have a Tesco Finest version which was to die for, but they discontinued it! This is similar but not as nice as the Finest one.
I had a salad which had carrot spaghetti that my Tesco has started selling. Very excited about this because it makes a great salad addition! I don’t like having carrot sticks and I’m too lazy to grate my own, so this was a much appreciated addition. I also had peppers and a chilli bean salad with houmous on the side.
