This What I Ate Wednesday was from a couple of weeks ago. I got a little ahead of myself! Oops!
I started the morning with a smoothie with some organic spirulina powder in. I’ve been trying out a few supplements from Indigo Herbs lately.
I wanted something a bit different for dinner, so I had a red pepper stuffed with quinoa with a slice of halloumi on the top. Was spot on, wish I added more halloumi!
Then later I had quite a big portion of quinoa. I was hungry so I piled on more than usual. I’m a big fan of always eating if I’m hungry, but pick healthy options. I don’t really focus on calories because I believe my body will tell me if I need to eat more.
