WIAW

DSC_0193

I wanted to bring back WIAW to the blog, mostly because it helps me eat well as I don’t want to put that I’ve eaten rubbish up on here!

The reason I stopped doing it was that I was eating the same things too often so it got boring for me to write and probably for you to read. So I’m going to start doing them again, maybe not weekly, but at least twice a month.

Here’s what I ate:

Breakfast.

Raspberries and blueberries, a perfect start to the day. I ate this around 10am. I did have the intention of eating the Nakd bar right away, but I wasn’t hungry so waited until I was feeling a bit hungry about midday.

Dinner

I went for a 5 mile run, then afterwards I ate a full tub of chunky vegetable soup from Tesco. It’s supposed to be two servings but I tend to eat a full tub in one go without any bread. I had this around 5pm.

Tea

Sorry, I’m being proper south Yorkshire here and calling it dinner and tea. Not lunch and dinner. I’m not really sorry.

I spent most of the day blogging, apart from the run. It wasn’t until 10pm when I started to get REALLY hungry and realised I hadn’t eaten in a long time!

I didn’t have much food in, so improvised with a bit of a snack bowl. Humous, black pepper crackers, quorn sausages and some chilli noodles. It was actually quite nice.

And yes, I had a glass of wine. Don’t judge!

What did you eat Wednesday?

When I know my food is going online I tend to eat a lot better too. The pressure of social media, that could be a new diet craze!

Your tea looked great, I love picky teas like that, reminds me of raiding a buffet table and having a bit of everything, great when you don’t know exactly what your in the mood for!
