This is actually what I ate Tuesday. Not Wednesday. I lied, see. Last Tuesday to be exact.
I got up and at my favourite breakfast – granola loaded with fruit. It was the last of the granola and that made me sad. I keep forgetting to pick more up from the supermarket! I do have some other cereal that I should probably finish off first though.
I then went for a 5 mile run. When I got back, I made this delicious salad.
It had salmon, chicken, garlic cheese, olives, pepperoni and manchego cheese. All the goodness! I love to load up my salads but I’ve got a feeling that some of the things I put on there might be preventing me from losing weight, so I’m going to cut down on the cheese and chorizo and see if it helps shift some pounds.
I then went to a bloggers event at The Bodyshop and had 2 glasses of champagne.
I didn’t really feel like eating anything else after some chavs shouted ‘run faster, fat arse’ when I was out on my run.
