Start your morning right with Protibrick

Protibrick

The May Degustabox brought me a box of Protibrick.

I’ve seen the Fuel Your 10k Hours brand in supermarkets before, but never looked into it as I’m not usually a cereal person.

Protibricks are very similar to Weetabix but have added protein.

A serving has 6.3g of protein (15.7g per 100g). They also have added vitamins and iron.

Ingredients:

Wholegrain Wheat (90%), Soy Flour (4%), Barley Malt Extract, Sugar, Salt, Niacin, Iron, Riboflavin (B2), Thiamin (B1), Folic Acid.

Protibrick

I’ve been using them to make a quick and easy breakfast using chopped bananas, 2 table spoons of almond butter and honey. It’s a great breakfast to get your day started right and packed with goodness.

I’ve also been enjoying these before workouts if I’ve not had chance to make a full meal!

Protibrick

What do you eat to get your day started right?

I just can’t imagine liking these haha, but then I never have been a fan of weetabix type stuff.

I’m usually an eggs girl for breakfast, but I can stretch to some porridge or granola now and then too.
