Graze sent me some fruit from their better baking section. I’m not great at baking, but these are perfect for smoothie bowls!
I used berries, 0% greek yoghurt with a touch of water for the smoothie and sprinkled with soft dried pear, flame raisins and cranberries.
A word of warning – a smoothie bowl can easily come up to 500 calories or more so if you are watching your weight, make sure you weigh out your dried fruit. I would have put way more dried fruit on this if I wasn’t counting calories!
