Hello.
I have completed the second week of the challenge and I am done.
- Read my introduction post.
- Read my 1 week in post.
The second week was okay. The biggest shock was how much I was starting to enjoy the breakfast shakes. I never enjoy sweet things in a morning, but I was looking forward to these and they made me feel full.
I mentioned how I didn’t enjoy the tomato soup and the cheese pasta as much as the Indian curry and spicy bol. Those feelings only intensified to the point I could stand to have the soup or cheese pasta at all.
It seems to be a matter of preferences I’ve read some great reviews and feedback about the meals. I do think you need to be realistic when trying these, though. Obviously, they are made to be low calorie, high protein and low fat so the spicy bol isn’t going to be like one you would get served in an Italian restaurant!
Weight wise, I lost half a pound – bringing my total weight loss to 3lbs over two weeks. That might not sound like a lot to some people, but I don’t have loads to lose and if you have been following my journey over the past few months, you will know I have been losing and gaining the same 2lbs or so for about 3 months.
So a loss that has stayed a loss is a great achievement for me!
So what’s next? I’ll be trying another SoShape Challenge next week. This will be a 5-day challenge with sweet shakes both in the morning and at lunch, rather than the meals.
I find the challenge works for me as I am the type of person that needs structure when it comes to planning. Knowing what I would be eating for the next few days kept me on track and I’m actually looking forward to next weeks challenge!
Enjoy twice as many flavors with the custom option included on 14 and 28 days Challenge if you use: SLIMMEDCARTREECUSTOM at https://uk.soshape.com/.
Congrats on the half of pound. Something is better than nothing.Good luck on your journey.
Congrats on the weight loss! You look amazing regardless. I’ve got the cheese pasta one and I’m scared to try it (not a huge cheese fan anyway as you know) but we’ll see! Who knows, I might love it!
