PhD Women 2 Week Starter Kit // Start the year right

PhD Women 2 Week Starter Kit

I love how more and more women are becoming interested in toning up and getting interested in protein powders and the like.

Though it can be quite scary to get started if you’e never used protein products before.

PhD Women have put together a 2 week starter pack which they sent me to try out. It’s perfect for those looking to either starting protein for the first time, or kick starting a new workout program. It contains everything you need to get started.

It comes with a quick starter guide that tells you about the benefits of each product, such as toning, weight control and energy. It tells you how protein works, where you can get it from and how you should use it.

It comes with a shaker, 10 servings of exercise support powder for toning, 2 meal replacement bars and a sachet of Greens & Berries energy drink that you can add to smoothies or juice for a boost.

Protein and lifting doesn’t just have to be for men, so kick start your 2016 routine with some added protein to help you get the results you want.

I was always really skeptical about protein drinks, I stupidly thought they were for more serious gym goes, the big hulking weight lifters and not a puny weighted squatter like me. A friend pushed me to try out a protein shake after every workout and the difference was amazing, my recovery time improved and it actually tasted really good too! Protein shakes are so much more than a stereotypical ‘muscle food’.

Yes they’re really good for recovery time! They always help me when I’m doing long runs! Use them after your 10k training 🙂
