If you’ve been following me on Instagram or Twitter, then you’ll know that I’ve been in Paris since Thursday.
This means that fitness has been put in the corner facing the wall. Sadly.
I had the intention to work out on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before leaving, but due to work, tiredness, having to do boring adult things like clean and packing, I didn’t get chance,
If it makes you feel any better, I’ve been walking EPIC amounts during my time in Paris. So far:
Friday: 17,591 steps which is 8.4 miles.
Saturday: 19,264 steps which is 8.9 miles.
Sunday: 14,760 steps which is 6.6 miles.
Considering I usually walk between 5,000 – 10,000 on a work day, that’s pretty good activity. So I’m not overly concerned about my fitness levels totally dropping and gaining loads of weight!
I’ll be back on Tuesday evening and normal service will resume next week.
