As I mentioned last week, I’m going to be working with Graze. This means they’ll be sending me some of their goodies to try.
Last week, they sent me some of their ingredients by the bag to make something delicious.
You know I’m the queen of easy, so I decided to make this dead simple granola fruit and nut granola.
As always with the type of food I make, you can put in this whatever you want, however much you want. Want more fruit? Then add extra fruit. It’s up to you.
You might care to weigh out the ingredients, but I just eyeballed it. Because #yolo.
Here’s what I used:
- Pure golden linseeds (Graze)
- Pure sunflower seeds (Graze)
- Californian Pecans (Graze)
- Californian almonds (Graze)
- Mixed dried from (Morrisons)
- Chocolate protein granola (Nature Valley)
To make it was simple – I layered the products, but putting the granola in, then the fruit and nut on top then repeating.
The end product is this delicious mixed fruit and nut granola! Ideal for breakfast with milk or yoghurt, or great on it’s own as a snack.
I must admit, I do keep dipping my hand in and grabbing hand fulls of this as I make coffee!
Looks delicious! I love granola
I don’t really eat things like this but this does look delicious
That looks so good!!! If I ever made it would keep it by my computer as I’m doing studies its something to enjoy and not feel guilty about.
