Since I bought some Diet Noodles, I’ve been experimenting with new things to eat them with.
In my latest Degustabox, I was sent some fajita shots to try out. These come in a packet of 4 shots, only 49 calories each and enough to season 400g of meat.
I decided to use them with the noodles and some turkey to make a tasty low calorie meal.
You’re welcome to replace the diet noodles with normal noodles if you wish!
- 1 packet diet noodles
- 200g turkey
- 1 fajita shot
- 6 mushrooms
- half a red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 2 salad tomatoes
- hand full of green beans
- half a tin of sweet corn
This is for 2 servings.
- Chop the veg
- Brown the turkey, then add the shot
- Start adding the vegetables
- Boil the noodles
- Add the noodles to the pan with the vegetables and turkey
- Simmer all the vegetables are soft
It was just a quick and easy meal to make – full of healthy vegetables too!
