On Monday I decided to run 5k. It was slow and painful but I did it! We also went climbing in the afternoon which was good but also exhausting after the run in the morning.

Tuesday I got a rep PB on my 47.5kg bench with 3 reps! Great way to spend my birthday.
Wednesday I trained legs but was hungover so did a terrible job at it!

Thursday I got another rep PB on my 75kg deadlift, with two reps. I went for a third but knew I wouldn’t be able to get it as my back started to fail. I also did some more squats with my PT after my session but my form wasn’t great. My depth has been struggling lately!

On Friday I did 30 minutes in the garden as we went away at the weekend. I wasn’t sure if I would have the chance to workout so grabbed my Olympic bar and off I went!
On Saturday I got up before everyone else and went for a 5k run. It was very hard as it’s so hilly in Hereford! Felt so much better afterwards though!
I need to get back on track with eating. I’m going to up my move goal on my watch by 150 calories to 750 and try and hit it every day. I’ve also started a comp with someone on Instagram to keep me motivated. Wish me luck±
