Monday: Sculpt (30 mins strength training)
Tuesday: Sweat (35 mins cardio), Abs and 30 mins yoga.
Wednesday: Sculpt, 25 mins yoga.
Thursday: 3 mile run, Abs.
Friday: Sculpt, 15 mins yoga.
Saturday: Sweat, Abs and 15 mins yoga.
Sunday: 30 mins yoga.
I’ve been learning to appreciate yoga lately. There’s masses of beginners videos on YouTube and I’ve been doing ones that last around 20 minutes in the evening. I like to do them if I feel I’ve not moved enough, or if I don’t feel good about myself in general as it puts me in a better mood as well as uplifts, yet relaxes me at the same time.
I’m hoping it will help with my flexibility as currently, my flexibility is terrible!
Running update.
My Thursday run was terrible! There had been some sort of road accident, so there road I run up was closed at 3 different points which really threw me off as I had to change my route and cross the road in different places to the crossings. My split wasn’t fantastic. It was one of those runs where I really didn’t want to go and I hated every step of it!
I have 2 runs planned for this week, one on Monday and one on Saturday.
Weight Loss Update.
I felt a bit behind this week, I gained some weight back on the weekend away last week, I drank a lot! I managed to lose it all though plus 1lb. This brings my total weight lost to 6lbs.
I really want to lose another 6lbs before Christmas then I’ll pretty much be at my ideal weight – just focusing on toning up!
