Wow, I’ve had such a weird week. First week of new job! I worked weird hours due to stock take, this included a 3am start one morning which threw me out for the rest of the week.
On Saturday I did an arm weight workout at home an on Sunday I went to the gym and did 40 mins cardio and a 35 min weight session, burning 620 calories according to my heart rate monitor.
I’m going to have a complete overhaul of my diet, that started yesterday.
I’m going to post more about it on Wednesday when I’ve had time to figure it out. But I want the half marathon training to start now and to add weights into my plan – I’ve been toying with this idea for weeks but not actually done anything about it.
Time to stop talking and start doing!
