Last week was the last week of my most recent 4-week strength block. It’s gone so fast!
Monday I did leg endurance, I finally got 20 reps on my pause squats which has been such a pain during the 4 weeks. I could only do 8 in the first week! They hurt and burn so much!

On Tuesday I did chest and core with the PT. We didn’t go heavy, more for high reps. Like two sets of 12 reps on 30kg and 10 reps on 35kg.
On Wednesday I did a bit of callisthenics – I’m enjoying how much easier I find it to control my first few negative chin-ups! I’m still miles away from doing an actual chin up, but feeling more positive about it!

On Thursday I tried legs with my PT, not as a PT session but with us both training. I got a PB of 55kg on the squat, just need to work on that depth now!

On Friday I trained back and shoulders. No PBs or anything, but just working on being comfortable with 70kg deads for now!

I got two PBs on my second chest day – 45kg for 1 rep on bench and 30kg on incline bench! I’m still not quite getting this 8 reps at 40kg consistently.

I went bouldering on Sunday for the first time. It was a bit scary but I was pleased with how I did. I even got to the top a few times!
