Started the week off annoyed with myself as my squats were not going to plan. I’ve started having knee pain which isn’t helping! Need to take it slow for a while!
My core day is feeling strong! I can’t believe how far I’ve come with this. I always add some pull-ups to my core day too!
Endurance leg day was not good thanks to the pain in my knees. It’s really getting on my nerves now!
I had such a good chest day! Best session of the week. Killed it with two sets of 8 reps at 40kg again and got a PB on 42.5kg!
The competition my PT has been running is now over. Everyone has worked really hard so I doubt I’ll win. There are a lot of people stronger than me, doom! I gave it my all though and I am proud of my progress!
