Sunday: Pull-ups and powerlifting
Monday was fab, I got a rep PB on 45kg bench with 6 reps! Woo!
I had my PT session on Tuesday. I wasn’t feeling so great. I had gone home sick the day before with a migraine and still felt a little foggy. We trained legs but took it easy.
Wednesdays core day wasn’t anything special and I was just going through the motions.
I had a great deadlift session and decided to go for a PB, 75kg! More than I weigh!
On Saturday I had the best leg day! I felt good with 50kg for 8 reps. So tried 55kg for 5 reps. Then decided to go for 60kg and managed to get it! So exciting. I’ve not PBed in a squat for ages!
Sunday I did some work on my pullups and powerlifting! A quick workout as I had lots to do.
