Last week I went to the gym on Wednesday, went on a 5-mile cycle on Friday and on Sunday I also cycled 5 miles then did an upper body workout when I got back.
Sunday I started a 7-day challenge. I’m going to cycle that 5-mile route Sunday – Saturday and try and beat my team. I really just need to get back into something cardio. I’ve been doing weights and next to no cardio. I don’t want to lose my fitness levels.
Every so often I get a bit bored with my fitness routine and need to switch it up a bit so I’m going to take advantage of the nice weather this next week. Although it does say it’s raining on Thursday and Friday. I really need that to change. Although if it’s not raining too much, I can cope with a 30 min cycle in it!
I am to do some weights at home, too, to keep my muscles up.
I’m working 6-3 all this week, so this gives me a great chance to get into a routine!

Blimey those are practically normal hours for you! I’m not a huge fan of cycling but I understand needing to mix your routine up. When I get bored with mine I just don’t try or even go the gym and all my handwork is undone, so I try to do something different almost every time I go, which, thanks to YouTube and Pinterest, I can usually find some new moves or a new routine to play around with!
