I’ve weighed myself and I’m ashamed.
I’m back at the weight I was before I started the P90 program at the end of 2014. It’s a horrible feeling when you jump on the scale and weigh half a stone more than you thought.
I felt like shit for a bit, then I decided to do something about it. So from now on, I’m going hard.
I’m being strict with my diet and with exercise and I’m going to get back to where I was before. I’ve even put a photo of me on my phone when I was a stone lighter to keep me inspired. Every time I see it, I get a pang of anger for letting myself get back to this weight, but also I feel inspired.
I’m going to work so hard at the gym to burn as many calories as possible. I’m going to get back into running when the weather permits and I’m doing 2 30 day challenges:
Yoga Camp.
Last year I did Yoga with Adriene’s 30 day challenge on Youtube, this year she is doing another one but it’s called Yoga Camp.
I’m having a few issues with the time they’re being put up at the moment as they’re not up until the afternoon in the UK! I don’t want to miss any.
Shayloss.
Shay and Gavin have wrote a book called Fat Dad, Fat Kid all about living healthy. For those that don’t know, Shay, from the Shaytards (another YouTuber) lost 100lbs and ran a marathon after years of struggling with his weight. His eldest son, Gavin, is built like Shay – he’s a stocky 11 year old, he’s big and strong and may be what some call a bit on the chubby side. Shay and Gavin of wrote this book about health, weight and diet that’s divided into 30 chapters. Every day, they’re going through one chapter and then doing a 5 minute workout that we can do at home so I’m following this, too.
Next week:
My goals are to stick to the yoga and Shayloss challenge, as well as hit the gym at least 3 times (Monday, Wednesday and Friday). I would ideally like to go more but I’m not going to beat myself up too much if I don’t due to doing the Yoga and 5 minute workouts.
On Monday I need to get really organised with my blogs so I’m not worried about getting content up! Alongside fitness!
What are your goals?
I’m also trying to do Adrienne’s Yoga Camp this year, though am finding it similarly awkward with the afternoon upload times. I’m currently running a day behind on it so I can do them in the morning!
Ah, I wish I started a day late but I feel like I’ve already started it now so I don’t want to miss a day, haha!
Yoga Camp sounds great! I used to go to Hot Yoga at least once a week as well as the gym which is amazing but I let it slip over the past few months so my goal is definitely to get back into it again! x

Hot yoga sounds terrifying, I’m not sure if I’d ever had the guts to do it!
A lot of them time when I am watching TV I will do some easy pialtes moves. Like glute bridges or crunches during commercials. It’s so painless and easy to get extra work in. Even holding a plank for a commercial is harder than it seems 😉

That’s such a good idea! I don’t really watch TV though so I can’t do this!
I feel your pain. I once lost about 1,5 stone and hello, they came back – slowly but steady.
I’m 2 kg down again, but yeah. Started the new year with great intentions and am able to follow them until now. I’m not a big fan of yoga. I’m rather doing strength training – but I read somewhere that you don’t like that so yoga sounds like a good alternative – and running (oh, the weather ^^).
I keep my fingers crossed that you will be successful on your challenges and journey.
Yeah I like yoga because it does make you stronger by using your body weight to tone you up! I struggle with weights so this is a good alternative for now!
If I can stick with the Yoga Camp and Shayloss and get 1 -2 workouts in a week I’ll be hapy this month, it’s way more than I’ve done in a long long time, and I’m already feeling it after a couple of days – but it WILL be worth it! I just have to get past the initial hump!
We got this!
Sarah 🙂

Yeah! I’m so pumped about this, it’s going so well so far!
