Haha, I’m half tempted to stop these Monday post seeing as it’s all the same.
Whine winge whine my life keeps getting in the way.
Which is true, but it’s good things that are getting in the way so I don’t mind.
Apart from Saturday when I decided to scrub all the bathroom tiles instead of going to the gym. But that was quite a workout, wasn’t it.
I need to get my act together about this 10k that I’m supposed to be running though and go for some outdoor runs! It’s going to kill me because it’s in two weeks and I’ve only been doing very short treadmill runs!
I just don’t know when I’m realistically going to have time to do this. Boo. FML.
I gymed on Friday after work, and then ran 6 miles on Sunday morning.
I didn’t plan on running 6 miles, I just kind of.. decided while I was out on the road that I should probably give it a test run to see how well I would do for the 10k. It’s nice to know that I can still run 10k, although the time wasn’t great, it’s still better than my first few 10k runs which is promising!
