Tuesday: 2 hours snowboarding, 30 mins weights.
Wednesday: 6 mile bike ride.
Friday: 6 mile bike ride.
Sunday: 45 mins weights
I’m finally starting to get a bit more confident on the bike. I’ve been doing a 6 mile route, which isn’t long at all but my plan is to blast it and improve my time, then start improving my distance.
I did want to get to the gym last week but didn’t manage it. I’ve been working horrible shifts and have not been finishing until late at night, too late to get to the gym before it closes. I drive past the gym on my way home so that’s when I tend to go. I don’t like to go before work because it feels like a waste of time going there, to come back to go past it again on the way to work. So I’ve been taking to the weights in my living room instead.
I’m working wanky shifts again this week – I’m not going to put too much pressure on myself. Just want to get out on the bike a couple of times and a run is much needed!
What are your goals this week?
I’m back into the weights too, and have managed to up my pull down lateral to 23kg-ish which I’m super happy about! I’ve also started doing some mini home workouts with resistance bands! Easy, fun and quick!
