Wednesday: 50 mins cardio AGAIN
Something WEIRD happened.
Last week, I remember writing my fitness update. I remember putting the images in it and scheduling it and feel happy because all my blawg posts were done for the week.
But it seems to have disappeared into thin air. Now I feel sad because I ruined my schedule.
The weeks before were pretty much the same as this past week. Gym two times and cardio.
My gym is getting really busy lately. It’s a new gym and it’s clearly getting more and more members. It’s getting to the point where I can hardly even get a cardio machine when I go now!
Doom.
How was your week been?
I hate it when you rock up all ready to do a workout and it’s rammed in there! I find going late at night helps, it’s usually much quieter – the downside is that I’m so tired already that I don’t feel I can push myself as much as I could if I went earlier. BUT if I go earlier – ALL the people! You can’t swing a kettlebell for fear of knocking someone’s head off!
