Monday: 15 mins weights
Tuesday: Gym – 20 mins cross trainer 20 mins cycling
Thursday: Gym – 10 mins running intervals, 10 mins cross trainer intervals, 20 floors stair master, 15 mins cycling intervals
Friday: Gym – 10 mins running, 20 floors stair master, 15 mins cycling, weights.
Not bad week, by any means. I’m a little sad that I didn’t get a chance to go outside this week though!
I had planned on doing something on Saturday morning, but I had an internet disaster that took an hour to fix, then I had to get ready to go to my parents for the weekend for my brothers birthday! Hence no workouts Saturday or Sunday.
Oh life, you do get in the way sometimes.
