It’s been all about the gym this week. I’ve been 6 times. No running or cycling. Need to get better at this for next week! I’ve been having issues with my toe though, which has been bothering me for the past week or so. The weather also doesn’t inspire me to want to run or cycle. I like cool weather but this is a bit stupid. Forcast snow all week. Get away snow and come back sun.
Last week I had my PT session on Tuesday, we worked chest and biceps and man, it hurt so much. I was in pain 3 days after. We usually focus on legs but now we are going to do more arm work to get me a bit more toned. Which makes total sense but I struggle to push myself when it comes to arms as I’m such a wimp. I need to suck it up buttercup.
I completed my two PT lone sessions on Monday and Thursday. The other two sessions I focused mostly on cardio, with Sunday being a 30 min HIIT fat burn spin and then rowing 5000m.
I’ve not lost any more weight this week. I was up a couple of pounds from being away last weekend and now that has gone again, but nothing else has changed. I’m not worrying too much about it and hopefully, I can get the ball rolling the next couple of weeks.
I’ve got two PT sessions this week as my PT is away next week. So Tuesday and Wednesdays are when I’ll have the sessions. Hopefully, my arms won’t be as dead this time!
