Saturday: Back and shoulders
Last endurance session of the training block on Monday. Was a tough one, endurance day is always my least favourite!
I had a great chest session on Tuesday! Finally, do 2 sets of 8 reps at 40kg! I’ve never done two sets before so I’m really happy with that. Also 3 reps at 45kg. Just need to get to 8 reps now!
Trained legs in my second PT session. l did alright but I’m still struggling with 50kg and 55kg. I feel like I’ve been stuck on these weights for ages and don’t seem to be improving!
Friday I trained core. It was a pretty average session. I chucked some extra pull-ups in for good measure!
Time for back and shoulders on Saturday. 70kg felt harder this week. I only did 3 reps. I’m down to try 75kg at the end of my next program!
On Sunday I went bouldering again. This time I went with my boyfriend and we went to the one in York. It was actually really good! Much better than the Leeds one. It had more varied angles of walls which meant I could test some slanted ones that aren’t that intense!
