As you can tell, I’m loving my gym workouts lately. I never thought I’d be the type of person to like the gym over outdoor exercise, but it’s just the phase I’m in right now, so I’m just going with it.
I think I like it so much because I’ve started chucking in the cross trainer, rowing machine and stair master so I feel like I’m getting a much better workout and it’s not as boring.
I go on holiday on Wednesday for two weeks – there is a gym in our hotel and I’m going to take my gym gear and hope to go to the gym on the days where we are just lounging around the pool. I hope to do these weekly updates while I’m there, if time permits me to but I’m not putting any pressure on myself to do so. Cuz you know, IT’S MEH HOLIDEHHH.
I have scheduled a post every day for the time I’m away on my lifestyle blog, so you can have a nosey over there if you’re bored!
I much prefer to workout in doors and am using so much more of the equipment in the gym now, I can’t believe I actually ENJOY going on the bike and have been keeping up with my HIIT training on the treadmill, pushing my incline, speed and resistance up.
I go away next week for a week too and really want to take my gym stuff along. I know our hotel has a gym but I can’t find any pictures of it to see what it has! I’m still going to take my gear so heres hoping they at least have a cross trainer and some weights! I’m also going to be hammering the lengths in the pool daily!
Happy holidays!!
Sarah 🙂
