Fitness update // Goals achieved!

Monday: 10 mins yoga, sculpt 5-6 (45 mins weights)
Tuesday: 20 mins yoga, 30 mins cardio, ab ripper 200
Wednesday: 15 mins yoga, sculpt 5-6
Thursday: 19 mins yoga, 30 mins cardio, ab ripper 200
Friday: 17 mins yoga, sculpt 5-6
Saturday: 20 mins yoga
Sunday: 30 mins rocket yoga class

I’ve done it! I’ve completed Janathon, the challenge to exercise every day in January! Weee!

I’ve also completed Adrienes 30 day yoga challenge without missing a day, even though I said I could! I’ve become so fond of Adriene that I’m going to miss the daily time with her – I think I’m going to work through her old videos. She’s so calming and I love the silliness she brings to the videos and she’s always telling us to be free, do what feels right and to play and have fun with yoga. I love her.

I only have 13 days left of the P90, too. Although I did skip Saturdays cardio because my calves have been killing me! I’ve been doing extra with the yoga though, so I’m not too mad at myself. I think I’ve only missed about 5 workouts out of the whole 90 days.

Then I need to figure out what I want to do next! I want to do the P90x3 at some point but I don’t want my running to suffer because I’m focusing on that! I really need to get back out there but the whether has just been horrible. I’ve not been running in 2 weeks! Ouch!

On Sunday I attended a blog event about juicing, it also had a yoga class so I did 30 minutes of yoga there – it was called rocket yoga which is a bit faster/more intense. I really enjoyed it! I’ll be posting about the whole event later in the week.

Weight wise – things have been stable. I lost 9lbs in November which I kept off for most part, I did gain a couple back over Christmas and lost them all apart from one. That’s finally gone now too so I’m back down to my 9lb loss. I’d love to get another 5lbs gone to make my full loss a stone, but I struggle to lose weight and find it only really works if I hard core restrict then work on maintaining!

How’s your week been?

I joined a gym at the beginning of the year and have been going 2 – 3 times a week, I’ve also been following Adrianna’s 30 days of Yoga but only on the in-between gym days, so I’m a little bit behind but I like the balance of cardio and toning! I’ve signed up to two 5ks and a 10k too!!

I’m going to ‘try’ and workout for a min of 30mins a day throughout February too! Yes, I chose the shortest month on purpose lol!

Well done on achieving your goals! Love that Yoga mat!

    Sarah 🙂
