Saturday: 6 mile bike ride.
Sunday: 30 mins yoga, weights.
Yup. That’s it. A grand total of two workouts this last week! I knew it wasn’t going to be a great week for working out but sometimes that can’t be helped.
I moved house on Monday. It was a full day thing. By 7pm we had only just finished cleaning the old house and hadn’t even unpacked a thing in the new house!
Tuesday was spent unpacking my room and the kitchen. Wednesday was a bit more unpacking, some shopping to buy things that we needed for the house.
Thursday was my birthday, I was out at Light Water Valley all day, then home, quick shower and met some friends at a blog event then went for drinks. Then met another friend in the afternoon and another friend after that!
Busy busy.
So I went out on my bike on Saturday. It was so hot! I found a pretty cool route that’s 6 miles and has a nice mix of uphill downhill. Going to make that my main cycle I think and try to do it a few times a week and see if I can feel a difference in how easy it is! There was what part that was quite hard, a steep hill that I had to get out of the saddle to climb and then right after it flattens out a bit but is still hard. I was going at 4mph at one point. LOL
I did a yoga session for the first time in ages. I can still do crow but my flexibility has reduced dramatically!
I’ve got Leeds 10k on Sunday. Help.
