Monday: Sculpt 5/6 (45 mins weights)
Tuesday: 20 mins cardio, ab ripper 200.
Wednesday: Sculpt 5/6.
Thursday: 30 mins yoga, ab ripper 200.
Friday: 60 mins snowboarding, sculpt 5/6.
Saturday: 30 mins yoga, ab ripper 200.
Sunday: 30 mins power yoga.
P90 Done.
I’ve done it! I’ve finished the 90 days of P90! I’ll write a post about the overall results separately but it’s great to be done.
My only problem now is what I’m going to do next. I need a set structure and really do like the Monday, Wednesday, Friday weight days, so I’m going to keep them in and pick out the workouts I’m going to in advance.
Here are the ones I’m going to do this week:
Monday: 30 minute power workout with dumbbells.
Wednesday: Weight training workout for weight loss.
Friday: 30 minute strength training for women.
For cardio, I’m going to go to the gym on Tuesday, run on Thursday (weather permitting) and either gym on Saturday, or run/cycle on Sunday.
I also want to keep on with the ab ripper 200, although I am a bit bored of doing the same moves over and over again so I might look into some short 10 minute ab workouts!
Snowboarding.
I went snowboarding again on Friday and it was amazing! You can read my recap, but I’m so much happier now as the pervious lesson wasn’t great. Hoping to go again for a double lesson in a couple of weeks.
I had a headache on Sunday, so couldn’t run or cycle as planned. I decided to do some power yoga in the late afternoons to get a bit of cardio in. I was disappointed that I couldn’t get outside though as it wasn’t raining!
