Sunday: Leg day.
This is the last week of my current program. Looking forward to seeing what’s next.
After the success of last weeks back day, I decided to deadlift 48kg on Wednesday’s powerlifting session. It felt good actually. You seen see my deadlift in this Instagram post:
I can’t wait to start living more in the next few weeks!
I’ve also done better on squats. I feel like I’ve really nailed my 40kg. Now it’s time to work on 45kg. It feels so heavy compared with 45!
Again, I took a video comparing my now 40kg squat with what it was like back in September!
Feeling good. I’m still off the booze, too!
