Monday: Chest day
Wednesday: Core day
Thursday: PT leg day
Saturday: Leg endurance day
Sunday: Back and shoulders.
On Monday I trained chest and something magical happened! I got 2 sets of 5 at 40kg in which is a PB!
Tuesday I trained calisthenics. I think I’m going to change my routine up a little bit next week and do things a bit different. I’m going to write a separate post about it actually!
Wednesday was core, I also did a WOD that my PT set me. 16 minutes to do a 16 cal row, 16 over box rope slams and 16 power clean thrusters with the 10kg core bag. It was mega doom.
Thursday was my PT session and I was so frustrated with it because I wanted to do really well on squats. I hate squats. They are my enemy. I didn’t hit the box and spent the new few days beating myself up about it.
Saturday I went to the gym with my Instagram friend again. I tried what I failed on Saturday and success! I did my WOD before and somehow still managed the squats!
Sunday I hit a PB on my deadlift!
I’m feeling good and strong and can’t wait for next week!
