I worked out 6 days last week. We went to Whitby on Sunday, so no gym for me!
I had my PT session on Friday and did some chest work. My PT says that now I’ve lost some weight we can work more on abs and arms. I’m happy doing cardio on my own anyway so that’s good. My arms and core are pretty weak so I do need to focus on them!
After not losing weight for a few weeks, I was finally another pound down last week! I hope I can continue this and be another pound down this week.
I have two PT sessions this week.
I’ve still be using the treadmill lots, I even ran a 5k on there on Thursday which is a long time running for me on a treadmill. I hate treadmill running so much but I’ve been hating it a bit less lately. Running burns so many calories so I hope this sticks!
Trying to get a 5k in once a week and see if I can improve my time.

sounds like you’re doing great with gym & fitness! I’ve fallen off track with my work out routine because of health problems, but I hope to get on track soon enough.
