It’s one week until Christmas! Crazy how quick it has come along.
I went to the gym 5 times last week, woo.
Tuesday: PT session
Wednesday: PT lone session – cardio and HIIT 1hr 18 mins / 631 cals
Thursday: PT lone session – spin bike and weight circuits
Friday: PT lone session – cardio and HIIT – 1hr 17 min / 735 cals
Sunday: 45 mins spin class, 10 mins treadmill, weights (heart rate monitor messed up)
I’ve managed to lose 2lbs since I’ve been back from Australia, so I’m back to the weight I was before I left.
Got a busy week next week with work – Christmas week is nuts in retail but hoping to make it to the gym at least 4 times.
