Two workouts again this week, on Wednesday and Friday. I did want to go on my days off on Tuesday and Sunday, but I was doing something productive, you see.
I was being an adult.
On Tuesday I went and got my eyes tested and I need glasses, then I had my hair cut. On Sunday I cleaned the house, sorted out loads of my clothes and binned then and got myself ready for the week ahead.
Usually I’d feel pretty poo about only logging 2 workouts, but when I think of everything I’ve done this week I shouldn’t feel bad.
I also managed to walk at least 9000 steps a day at work, so it’s not like I’m inactive during the day.
I just need it to stop raining now so I can get running! I feel like it’s been raining for years.
