Monday: Legs and circuits
Tuesday: PT session – back and shoulder
Friday: PT session – chest and biceps
Sunday: Abs and cardio
Being completely honest with you, last week wasn’t great. I felt a bit off towards the end of the week, which is why I took a rest day on Wednesday. My PT session on Friday suffered – I felt sick so we changed the workout so I wasn’t jumping about. But did a great chest session.
I drank on Friday and Saturday, which meant Saturday and Sunday’s sessions were crap! Will I ever learn?
I did get client of the month again though, and my strength is coming on. I did well eating, but I am just not feeling it this week!
Hoping next week is better.
