I went bouldering again on Monday. It felt harder than last time, oops!
I took a rest day on Tuesday as I wasn’t feeling so well.
On Wednesday I did my leg endurance day as my legs had finally recovered from my previous leg day!
I did a back and core day in my PT session, circuits are hell. She made me do burpees 🙁
I finally hit the box with 55kg last week! FINALLY!
I got a rep PB at 70kg deadlifts on Saturday!
Sunday I did chest day, but before that, I filmed my 12 weeks pull up progress videos! I am still bad at pull-ups but I’ve made great progress, yay!
