Oh wow! Can you believe it’s been 4 weeks? There is only ONE WEEK LEFT of the #fitmas challenge!
This week has been so much better for me, while I have still had quite a few wobbles with the vertigo, I’ve managed to workout quite a bit! The start of the week was much better for me, but I was too ill on Thursday and Friday to exercise, I took Saturday to recover as I find movement triggers it!
Here’s how I tackled each task in this week!
Monday: 20 mins on the cross trainer, 25 mins on the bike and abs.
Tuesday: 15 mins cross trainer, 15 mins bike, arms.
Wednesday: 15 mins cross trainer, 5 mins run, 10 mins bike
Sunday: legs
Next week I’m going to try and focus on running again, I’ve not been able to run because of the vertigo but I’m going to start adding the treadmill back in and work on my speed.
I can’t believe it’s the last week of #fitmas already!
Week 5:
Workout 1: Ab day and 45 minutes of cardio
Workout 2: Leg day
Workout 3: Arm day
Workout 4: Optional. Weekly Challenge.
