That’s it! The first week of #fitmas is over, only 4 more to go!
How did you get on in the past week?
Week 1 of #Fitmas
Workout 1: Ab day and 30 minutes of cardio
Workout 2: Leg day
Workout 3: Arm day
Workout 4: Optional.
Weekly Challenge.
I started off the week with my cardio and abs on Monday – I used the cardio machines to clock up 30 minutes of cardio at the gym!
Tuesday I did Arm Day as my legs were still killing from Leeds Abbey Dash 10k I did on the Sunday! I also did some more cardio on the machines at the gym.
Wednesday I did Leg Day at home, which didn’t take me too long at all!
I’ve been feeling under the weather all week, and on Wednesday night the manliest of man flus hit me! I spent all Thursday, Friday and Saturday feeling terrible, Sunday I felt a bit better, but not loads. Rather than go to the gym like I had planned, I decided to do some yoga and the weekly challenge in my room!

Week 2 of #fitmas sees an increase in cardio!
I think I’m going to pump the weights up a bit more on my arm day as I wasn’t feeling the ache the day after!
I also want to be a lot stricter with food this week, I have let myself eat comfort food like toast because of being ill! More fruit, salad and fruit will be included in this next week!

Well done for week 1 even though you were feeling poorly! I did pretty badly last week because of some personal stuff going on, but it’s spurred me on and made me want to do so much better this week, so I’m off to the gym tonight to do my first workout! xx
