It’s Monday! Which means the start of #fitmas.
Download the eBookbook if you haven’t already and get involved!
In last weeks post, 20 of your linked up your blogs and I have a Twitter list people who said they wanted to join, this means there’s possible around 40 people joining!
People keep asking me if they can sign up, or if it’s too late for them – ANYONE can sign up. You can sign up at anytime – there isn’t really any signing up to do, just download the eBook and get stuck in! You can stop #fitmas at any time. You can do #fitmas publicly, by posting blog updates and/or Twitter updates, or you can do it privately if you’re not comfortable talking about it.
I’ll be sending a link on Twitter every Monday to those who have said they want to join – if you don’t want to get this Tweet because you find it spammy, or you don’t want to do #fitmas anymore, just Tweet me/DM me/comment below and I’ll remove you from the list. No hard feelings, no questions asked!
Here’s what week 1 looks like:
Week 1 of #Fitmas
Workout 1: Ab day and 30 minutes of cardio
Workout 2: Leg day
Workout 3: Arm day
Workout 4: Optional.
Weekly Challenge.
My Goal.
My fitness related goal is to run a mile in 8:40 or less. My current record is 8:45 – but that was when I was in really good shape and training for my half marathon. I’m going to be doing lots of interval training and hope to smash this girl! I’m going to attempt it once a week and see how I do for time.
How is everyone feeling? What are your goals?
I’m so excited to get started today! My goal is to get back into running and general fitness although I’m hoping to be able to run 10k or at least be on my way to it at the end!
Your goal sounds really good and is achievable too- good luck and thank you for creating this challenge! 🙂 xx
great goal. I’m going to read all post through out the week keep me motivated. will have a post up soon as well 🙂
I am joining you with Fitmas and I just posted about it!
I’m doing a 3 day detox to kick it off and then going into healthy eating and did my first run this morning…
Thanks for inspiring us to get fit and healthy, especially at a time of year where we just want to stuff our face with mince pies.
