#Fitmas is ALMOST here! Link up your blog and download the eBook!

Christmas

Fitmas is almost here! Thanks for all of you that have expressed interest in doing the challenge. There’s 24 of us so far!

It will be starting NEXT Monday – 16th November and will end on Sunday 20th December!

If this goes well, I’m considering doing something similar in January – but rather than a workout program, a quick 5-15 minute activity every day in January – I’d love to make this something I do every other month if there is enough interest! Please do let me know if you have any ideas around this or you would want in!

rp_DSC_07201.jpgWhat is #fitmas?

#fitmas is a 5 week fitness challenge which aims to either keep you in shape during the busy holiday season, or kick start your fitness routine if you don’t already have one.

You will need to download the eBook I’ve created which has all the details inside. You can get the eBook here: #Fitmas eBook Download.

So now you have a week to read through it and plan your workouts!

Link up your blog!

I really want this to be a big, community type challenge where we all support each other – so please put your blog in the link up below and go visit other bloggers – follow their blogs and social media accounts!

Every Monday, I’ll be publishing a post here about #Fitmas and give you all a chance to link up any of your fitness related posts from the past week to encourage us all to interact with each other.

You can also Tweet about it using the #Fitmas hashtag!

Good luck everyone!

This post just inspired me so much, I’ve just got back from a weekend at Centerparcs and the whole time I felt unfit, uncomfortable and quite frankly … fat.
I know, it’s a horrible way to describe yourself! but I can’t help it.
I went through a hip replacement at 17 and now, just over 4 years later I still feel an uncomfortable pain – which obviously puts me off exercise but i’m FED UP of feeling sluggish!
This sounds perfect, especially as I can work to my own level and including it in my blog might be the perfect way to slowly get back into fitness as I can’t back out!
Thank you for the help, I’m looking forward to your posts!

    May x
